Add items to the cart and go to checkout
Add everything you want to order and tap “Proceed to checkout”. Amazon will ask you to create an account — sign up with an email and password.

Use your NP Shopping US address for shipping
When Amazon asks for a shipping address, register with NP Shopping and copy its US address (New Jersey) into Amazon.
- The NPxxxxx number in the address line is required — that's how Nova Poshta identifies your parcel.

When Amazon asks for a billing address, enter your Ukrainian address — registered or actual residential.

Choose a delivery option
Pick whatever suits you. If you have several items in the cart, we recommend “One Day delivery” — a higher chance everything ships in one parcel.
- If items are split into separate delivery blocks (each with its own shipping speed), they'll arrive as separate parcels. You'll pay for each delivery separately, and the total will be higher than impo quoted.

At payment, choose to be charged in USD or EUR instead of hryvnia (UAH). Review everything and tap “Place your order”.

Track and declare your parcel
Keep an eye on your email. When you get the “order dispatched” email, tap “Track your Order”, then declare the parcel with NP Shopping.
- Add the tracking number and item details. Get the full names and prices from “View order details” on your Amazon order page.
- To copy an item name, tap the item and select its name.
Customs duty on Amazon parcels in 2026
Ukraine's customs rules for postal shipments from the US. Duty-free under €150; above the threshold — 10% duty, 20% VAT and a 3% NP Global customs-brokerage fee.

Every charge applies only to the amount above €150. Duty is 10% of that excess; VAT is 20% of (excess + duty); the NP Global customs-brokerage fee is 3% of the excess. For example, a €200 item: €5 duty, €11 VAT, €1.5 brokerage — €17.5 total. impo already shows all of these in the final price.

How many days does delivery take?
NP Shopping air delivery from the US to Ukraine usually takes 7–14 days.
Can I return a product?
Technically yes, within standard Amazon Returns windows through your account (impo isn't a middleman — you handle returns directly with Amazon). However, you'll have to pay to ship the item back to the US plus import duty on bringing it into the US — in most cases this isn't worth it financially. Keep this in mind when placing your order.
