When you open a product, Amazon defaults to delivery to Ukraine — and some items become unavailable. First, tell Amazon you're in the US.
Add everything you want to order and tap “Proceed to checkout”. Amazon will ask you to create an account — sign up with an email and password.
When Amazon asks for a shipping address, register with NP Shopping and copy its US address (New Jersey) into Amazon.
When Amazon asks for a billing address, enter your Ukrainian address — registered or actual residential.
Pick whatever suits you. If you have several items in the cart, we recommend “One Day delivery” — a higher chance everything ships in one parcel.
At payment, choose to be charged in USD or EUR instead of hryvnia (UAH). Review everything and tap “Place your order”.
Keep an eye on your email. When you get the “order dispatched” email, tap “Track your Order”, then declare the parcel with NP Shopping.
Ukraine's customs rules for postal shipments from the US. Duty-free under €150; above the threshold — 10% duty, 20% VAT and a 3% NP Global customs-brokerage fee.
If the parcel value is under €150 (≈ 7,750 ₴), no customs charges apply. Most impo orders fall right here.
Every charge applies only to the amount above €150. Duty is 10% of that excess; VAT is 20% of (excess + duty); the NP Global customs-brokerage fee is 3% of the excess. For example, a €200 item: €5 duty, €11 VAT, €1.5 brokerage — €17.5 total. impo already shows all of these in the final price.
Search in your language — get the final hryvnia price, with no surprises.
